Paceline Properties Inc and Long View Ventures LLC are property investment and management companies based in the Hershey, PA area. We are a family owned business that has operated in the area since 2001! With 105 units, we have a variety of rental properties that include one, two, & three bedroom apartments and town homes. The majority of our properties are in Central Pennsylvania but we also have locations in Florida. All of our properties are annual leased, with the exception of Suites On Chocolate and a condo in Florida.
Our goal is to provide our tenants with housing that is clean, quiet and close.
