  • What is the minimum stay?
      • We have a 15 day minimum stay
  • What is included?
    • When you stay at the Suites On Chocolate everything is included. All utilities, wireless internet, personalized Roku streaming TV, dining & cooking ware, off-street parking, once a week cleaning service, and a laundry facility on-site
  • Are there any additional costs?
    • Yes, there is an additional 11% added to all stays that are under 30 days for State and local taxes
  • Can I stay longer than 15 days?
    • Yes, stays longer than 15 days are encouraged. Stays 30 days or more are exempt from the additional 11% taxes due to temporary resident status that is attained. We also offer discounts for stays of 60 days or longer
  • Can I stay shorter than 15 days?
    • No, in order to offer the great rates we do, stays must be at least 15 days
  • Is there a lease?
    • Yes, there is a customized lease for every Suite for all length of stays
  • How can I pay?
    • We accept all major credit cards, company checks, and cash
  • What is the pet policy?
    • We have a no pet policy at all of our Suites in Hershey. We do, however, allow some small pets in our Annville Cottage location
  • How do I request a quote/make a reservation?
    • There are two ways to request a quote 1) head over to our Request A Quote page to fill out the appropriate info and someone will get back to you within 24 hours, or 2) give us a call at the office 717-533-6178
  • Is there a deposit?
    • Yes, there is $250 deposit for all Suites. The deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of end of the lease, as long as the Suite is in the same condition as it was upon check in.
  • How do I make payments?
    • Payments can be made in two ways, by coming into the office or direct billing
  • Can I extend my stay?
    • Yes, after your initial lease runs out we can sign extension paperwork as needed
  • Do you have ADA accommodations?
    • Yes, our two bedroom lofted Suite (The School) is ADA compliant
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    • Yes, we offer discounts for stays of 60 days or longer. Discounts are agreed upon given the length of stay written in your customized lease
  • Do you have other properties that offer long term leases?
    • Yes, we have several properties located between Palmyra and Harrisburg that are annual leased apartments. These can be found by going to our Paceline page
