New Check In Procedures

Here at the Suites On Chocolate we know that COVID-19 has impacted everyone and has led us all to live life a little differently. We take safety very seriously and have decided to change the way we perform our check in procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

Please know that we are all in this together and have faith that soon enough life will get back to normal.

New Procedures

Prior to Check In

• Viewing Suites
  • Pictures and virtual tours of every Suite are available to view on our website (suitesonchocolate.com/suites)
  • When restrictions are lifted we will be allowed to perform in person showings again. We plan to do the following
    • Set up a time and date prior to any showing
    • Suites On Chocolate associate will remain in the office but have the Suite open
    • Any and all questions will be handled over the phone
• All leases and tenant info sheets will be sent electronically using DocuSign
• Deposit payment can be collected electronically via direct company billing, credit card processing, Venmo, or Paypal (receipts to be emailed)

 Check In

• All check in dates and times will be set up prior to arrival
  • Suites associates may be in the office (depending on time/date) during check in but will remain there, unless issues arise
• All check in documents will be sent electronically via email prior to check in (physical copies can be placed in Suite prior to check at guests request)
• A lock box will be placed by each Suite entrance door
  • A one-time code will be sent (with check in documents) that will open the lock box which will contain both Suite keys
• Payments must be made prior to or on the day of check in. They can be made electronically via direct company billing, credit card processing, Venmo, or Paypal (receipts to be emailed)
