At Suites On Chocolate, we provide furnished midterm housing with a 15-day minimum, ensuring you feel right at home in our cozy, non-smoking suites. Enjoy consistent year-round rates, a required security deposit, and inquire about discounts for longer stays. Direct billing is available for your convenience—your perfect getaway awaits!
Length of Stay Discounts:
15-30 days - regular rates apply
1-2 months - nearly 25% discount off daily rates
3-4 months - additional 3% discount on 1-2 month rate
5+ months - additional 7% discount on 1-2 month rate
